Shipping & Delivery

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment. All orders are usually processed and sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse or fulfillment center to the destination address.

USA & Canada

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery if the item is in stock.

Australia & New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery if the item is in stock.

U.K. & Europe

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery if the item is in stock.

Other Countries

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–5 weeks for delivery if the item is in stock.

Insured Shipping

If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost, provided that sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping places your order at the top of our daily order processing list. Depending on the order volume we are receiving, the delivery time may remain similar or equal to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also insured.

Separate Shipments

Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times because we work with multiple warehouses and fulfillment locations.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take a few days to one week to update and display the correct tracking information.

You may use a third-party tracking website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

Please note that for some countries or regions, shipping may take longer than the estimated delivery time due to customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.

Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at mssssidure@outlook.com, and we will do our best to help make the required changes.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please make sure to check that you have selected the correct size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.
