We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while keeping customers informed with tracking updates.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and peak-season volume. Most international orders arrive within 2-4 weeks after processing. Some locations may take longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information when available. Tracking may take several days to update after a label is created. You can track orders through 17TRACK.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect shipping information

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate with the carrier.
